How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially for summer weekends and holidays. Popular dates and the flagship unit book up fast. That said, if you’re planning something last-minute, call us — we’ll always try to make it work.
What’s included in the price?
Every rental price includes free delivery within 25 miles of Hartwell, professional setup, takedown, and a full on-site safety briefing. The only things added are delivery beyond the free zone, optional add-ons (like a generator), and applicable tax.
What does “Full Day” mean?
Full Day is an overnight rental — a full 24 hours with next-morning pickup. It’s perfect for weekend events, lake houses, and anytime you want the unit the night before or after your party. “8-Hour” rentals are same-day pickup.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — 25% of the total (minimum $50) is due at booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due at delivery, before we unload. Bookings made less than 48 hours out require full payment at booking.
What happens if it rains?
Safety comes first. We monitor the forecast and make the call on weather cancellations. If we cancel before delivery due to weather, you get a rain-check credit good for 12 months. Once a unit is delivered and set up, the rental fee is earned — so we watch the weather closely with you ahead of time.
What surfaces can you set up on?
Grass is ideal and most common. We can also set up on concrete, pavers, or asphalt using sandbag anchoring. We cannot set up on rocks, gravel, or sharp/uneven surfaces — it’s a safety and equipment issue.
What do I need to provide?
A clear, level setup area free of debris, and a dedicated power outlet within 50 feet of each unit. For water units, a working outdoor spigot within 50 feet. Larger units may need two circuits — we’ll tell you at booking. No outlet nearby? We rent generators.
Are you insured and certified?
Yes to both. We carry commercial general liability insurance, and our operator holds the SIOTO Advanced Inflatable Safety Operations Certification, renewed annually. A Certificate of Insurance is available on request for venues that require it.
How do payments work?
We accept cash, check, and card. Card payments add a 3.5% processing fee; cash and check have no fee. Checks are payable to Event Edge Rentals, LLC.
Do you deliver to South Carolina?
Right now we operate in Georgia only. We’re close to the state line and may expand into South Carolina as demand grows — if you’re just over the border, reach out and we’ll let you know where things stand.
Can I rent more than one unit?
Absolutely — and multi-unit bookings are where we shine for bigger events. Reach out for a custom quote and we’ll build a package around your event, your space, and your budget.
What’s your cancellation policy?
7+ days before your event: full refund (minus card fees). 3–6 days out: rain-check credit valid 12 months. Less than 48 hours: full payment is due. It’s all spelled out in your rental agreement up front — no surprises.
