Every policy below is also written into the rental agreement you sign at booking. We publish them here so you can read them before you spend a dollar. If anything is unclear, call us at 1-706-237-8070 — a real person answers.

Booking & Payment

HOW BOOKING WORKS

25% deposit locks your date
A 25% deposit (minimum $50) is due at booking. Your reservation is confirmed once we have your signed agreement and deposit — not before. Dates are first-come, first-served.

Balance due at delivery
The remaining balance is due in full when we arrive, before equipment is unloaded. Card, debit, cash or check — all the same price. We do not add a card processing fee.

Booking inside 72 hours
Bookings made less than 72 hours before the event are paid in full at booking.
Cancellation

IF YOUR PLANS CHANGE

7+ days before your event
Full refund of everything you’ve paid, less any card processing fees.

48 hours to 6 days before
No cash refund, but you receive a rain-check credit for the full amount paid, good for 12 months from your original event date.
03
Less than 48 hours / same day
No refund or credit, and the full balance remains due.
04
After delivery & setup
Once equipment is set up, the rental fee is earned — no refunds for any reason, including weather changes.
Weather

THE WEATHER CALL

We make the call — and we err on the side of safety
We monitor the forecast for your event address. We cancel before delivery if any of these are forecast during your event: sustained winds of 20+ mph, gusts of 25+ mph, temperature below 40°F, lightning or thunder, or a 60%+ chance of rain over your event window.

If we cancel, you don’t lose your money
A weather cancellation before delivery is your choice, not ours: a 100% refund of everything you’ve paid, or a 110% rain-check credit — 10% more than you paid — good for 12 months from your original event date.

During your event
If winds pick up past 20 mph or there’s lightning or thunder, the unit must be cleared and shut down immediately. We brief you on exactly how at delivery.

Life Happens — one free date move
Once per customer, we will move your reservation to any available date within 12 months, at no charge, for any reason at all — as long as you tell us before the crew leaves for delivery. Any reason means any reason.
Delivery & Setup

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Free delivery within 25 miles
Delivery, professional setup, takedown, and a full safety briefing are included within 25 miles of Hartwell. Beyond that, it is $4.00 per mile one way, charged only on the miles past 25. Free out to 35 miles on orders of $400 or more, and free out to 40 miles on full-weekend bookings. Past 40 miles, call us at 706-237-8070. Mileage is always calculated at checkout before you pay — see our Straight Answers page for the full rule.

Your setup area
A clear, level space free of rocks, sticks, and debris, with a dedicated power outlet within 50 feet of each unit (some large units need two circuits — we tell you at booking). Water units need a working outdoor spigot within 50 feet.

Underground utilities
If we’re staking into grass, call 811 before your event so buried lines get marked. It’s free.
Safety

THE HOUSE RULES

An adult watches, always
A responsible adult (18+) actively supervises the unit the entire rental — that’s non-negotiable and it’s in the agreement you sign.

What stays off the unit
Shoes, food, drinks, gum, pets, silly string, confetti, and glitter. Riders grouped by size, posted occupancy limits enforced, no flips or rough play.

Never unplug the blower while in use
Sudden deflation with riders on board is the single most dangerous thing that can happen to an inflatable. We walk you through safe shutdown at delivery, and you sign off on the briefing.
