Field days, fall festivals, end-of-year parties, fundraisers. We deliver, set up, run the safety walkthrough, and take it all down. You get to watch the kids instead of chasing a vendor.

What your office is going to need
Three things hold up a school booking. Here they are, answered.
Free — just send the exact name
Our policy carries blanket additional insured, so naming your school, PTO, or district on a certificate of insurance costs nothing.
Tell us the exact legal name your office needs listed, and we will request the certificate from our agency right away.
Sometimes — and it depends who pays
A public school paying from school funds is exempt in Georgia, with a signed Form ST-5 on file with us before the invoice goes out. South Carolina schools: the rules differ, so ask us and we will sort it out with you before the invoice.
A PTA, PTO, or booster club paying from its own account is not exempt, and neither is a private school. We would rather tell you now than surprise you later.
Weekdays are wide open
Most of our competition lives and dies on Saturdays. Field day is a weekday, which means you get first pick of the calendar.
It is also cheaper: our four-hour rate runs Sunday through Friday. A weekday field day books at the lowest tier we offer.
Pricing
School rates
Field day usually means more than one unit, so the rate drops as you add them. Any day of the week.

One discount per booking — whichever saves you the most. Discounts come off the rental subtotal, not delivery or tax, and they do not stack.
Teachers get 10% on their own events too. Our HEROES10 rate covers teachers, veterans, active-duty military, and first responders including EMS — for your own birthday parties and family events, not just school ones. Show us ID at delivery or send proof ahead of time.
Delivery
Free within 25 road miles of Hartwell. Free out to 35 miles once your rental subtotal reaches $400 before discount, and free out to 40 miles on a full weekend booking. Beyond that it is $4.00 per mile, one way, charged only on the miles past the free radius — never for the trip back.
We serve Georgia and South Carolina. More than 40 miles out, call instead of booking online so we can confirm it in writing.
On the day
What actually shows up
- A certified operator. We hold SIOTO certification — safe inflatable operator training — and the person who sets up your unit is the person trained on it.
- Delivery, setup, and takedown included. No separate setup fee. We anchor it, test it, and walk your staff and parent volunteers through the rules before we leave.
- A safety card posted at each unit. Laminated, plain English, hung where a volunteer can point at it instead of guessing.
- Waivers, offered — your call. At a school event, Participant Waivers are offered, not required. Want them? We will send one link families sign on their phones, or bring paper forms. At a public event open to the community, everyone signs before they get on.
- Equipment inspected before it leaves and after it returns.

Paying for it, and extra coverage
How payment works
A 25% deposit holds the date, and the balance is due at delivery before we unload. Card, debit, cash, and check all cost the same — we do not add a card processing fee. Afterpay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay work too.
A quote does not hold the date; the deposit does. If you are waiting on a purchase order or a PTO vote, say so when you call and we will talk through the timing rather than letting the date quietly go to someone else.
If the district asks for event insurance
Some districts and facilities want the hosting organization to carry its own event coverage in addition to ours. That can be arranged — call or text and we will help you read what they are actually asking for, and what it would run. Most school events never need it.
If the weather turns
If we call off your event for weather before delivery, you pick: a full refund, or a rain-check credit worth 110% of what you paid. And you get one free date move within 12 months if the calendar changes on you.
