Yes, and it is free
We carry general liability insurance, and our policy includes blanket additional insured. That means we can name your church or ministry on a certificate of insurance at no charge.
Ask when you book, or any time after, and we will request it from our agency right away.
Less as you add units
Two units is 10% off. Three is 15%. Four or more is 20%. Any day of the week, including Saturday.
Renting a single unit? Call or text — there is a ministry rate for one unit that we handle by phone.
You do not lose your money
If we call off your event for weather before we deliver, you choose: a full refund, or a rain-check credit worth 110% of what you paid.
And if the date simply has to move, you get one free date change within 12 months. No fee, no argument.

The discount comes off your rental subtotal, and it applies any day of the week.

One discount per booking — we apply whichever one saves you the most, and discounts do not stack. The discount comes off the rental subtotal, not delivery or tax.
A straight answer about sales tax. Churches and 501(c)(3) nonprofits are not exempt from Georgia sales tax on rentals. We know some vendors tell you otherwise. They are wrong, and it is your organization that gets the bill if the state disagrees later. We charge the correct rate for the county we deliver to, and it is printed on your quote before you sign anything.
Delivery
Free within 25 road miles of Hartwell. Free out to 35 miles once your rental subtotal hits $400 before discount, and free out to 40 miles on a full weekend booking. Past that it is $4.00 a mile, one way, charged only on the miles beyond the free radius — you are never charged for us driving home.
We serve Georgia and South Carolina. Over 40 miles, give us a call rather than booking online so we can confirm the trip in writing.
On the day
What actually shows up
- A trained, certified operator. We hold SIOTO certification — safe inflatable operator training — and the person setting up your unit is the person who was trained on it.
- Delivery, setup, and takedown included. No separate setup fee. We stake it, anchor it, test it, and walk your volunteers through it before we leave.
- A safety card posted at the unit. Rules your volunteers can point at, in plain English, laminated and hung where kids and parents can read it.
- Waivers, offered — your call. At a private church event, Participant Waivers are offered, not required. Want them? We will send one link your guests sign on their own phones, or bring paper forms. At a public event open to the community, everyone signs before they get on.
- Clean equipment. Inspected before it leaves and after it comes back.

Paying for it, and extra coverage
How payment works
A 25% deposit holds your date. The balance is due at delivery, before we unload. Card, debit, cash, and check are all the same price — we do not add a card processing fee, so the number on your quote is the number you pay. We also take Afterpay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
A quote does not hold the date. The date comes off our calendar when the deposit is paid — so if your committee needs a week to decide, tell us and we will talk through the timing.
If your venue wants event insurance
Some facilities, parks, and insurers ask the renting organization to carry its own event coverage on top of ours. That can be arranged — reach out and we will walk you through what your venue is actually asking for and what it costs. Most church events never need it.
What is your date?
That is the only thing we need to tell you if we can do it.
Give us the date and roughly how many kids you are expecting, and we will tell you what fits, what it costs, and whether the date is still open. No pressure, no callback loop.
