Text or email us a photo of your military ID, badge, or school staff ID before the event — cover the ID number, we only need your name and status. Or show it to our crew at delivery.
None, but here is the fine print
The 10% applies to the rental total, not to delivery or tax. One discount per booking — we apply whichever saves you the most, and they do not stack.
We need to see proof before or at delivery. We will remind you beforehand so it is never a surprise at your front door.

Why we bothered building this
DJ served six years active duty in the Marine Corps, then four more as a contractor. He is a service-connected disabled veteran. Katlin, his co-owner and wife, worked toward her EMS certification before life pointed a different direction — which is why first responders are on this list and not an afterthought.
Plenty of companies advertise a military discount and then make you email a form and wait. We did not want to be that. Show us an ID at the truck and it comes off the total.
Teachers are on this list on purpose. You spend your own money on your classroom all year. A birthday party should not be the thing that breaks the budget.
What you get
The same thing everybody gets
The discount changes the price. It does not change the service.
- Delivery, setup, and takedown included. No separate setup fee. Free within 25 road miles of Hartwell, and further out on larger orders.
- A certified operator. We hold SIOTO certification — safe inflatable operator training — and the person who sets up your unit is the person trained on it.
- Real insurance. General liability, and we can name a venue or organization on a certificate at no charge if one is required.
- No card fee. Card, debit, cash, and check are all the same price. The number on your quote is the number you pay.
- Weather handled. If we call off your event for weather before delivery, you pick a full refund or a rain-check credit worth 110%. And you get one free date move within 12 months.
